Trainer Reaction Dashboard

How am I doing? Every trainer wants to know that they're helping their learners succeed. This dashboard helped determine just that.

Trainer Reaction Dashboard

About This Project

This Excel dashboard was created to help a group of trainers measure the Level 1 reactions of new hires in their online system training course. They wanted a way to measure both their own progress, and their performance compared to the rest of the group as well. By studying these charts individually, the trainers were able to discover their own  strengths and weaknesses. When they began discussing the results as a group, they were able to identify common challenges and offer ideas to each other.

How it Works

Results

Asking trainers to share their scores with each other didn't happen overnight. For the first two months, trainers viewed only their own results. This was the team's first experience measuring training, so having an opportunity to self-reflect without fear of judgement from peers was crucial. When they were ready, they shared their results with each other in positive, objective conversation geared toward improving themselves and the program.
